You can save a complete list of the specific journals you like to search under your Personal Profile. This feature allows you to search only the relevant journals without having to select them individually for every search.

You can also save your preferences for filtering your results for Publication Type [Review], Language, Human Studies, etc. Save your own profile by clicking on Save My Profile.
